Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, any change or cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes are no longer possible, but you may return the order for a full refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and your order will ship the day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and processing times may be longer during holidays or sale periods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices on our website are displayed tax‑free in USD. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by FightMonk.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please contact your local customs authority.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For credit or debit cards, refunds are typically processed by your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation.
